How much does vendor management software cost?
Published prices for 6 tools organizers shortlist, read off their own pages. Plus the cases where each one is the wrong buy.
Published September 28, 2026 · 7 minute read
Published entry prices for vendor management software run from $0 to $1,700. That spread is not a quality gap. It is 4 different billing models answering 4 different questions.
Every figure below was read off the vendor's own page on September 28, 2026. Sources are linked at the bottom. Where a vendor does not publish a price, this page says so.
| Tool | Entry price | What that covers |
|---|---|---|
| EventenyFree tier, then paid tiers billed annually | $0/mo | Basic is free with 3% to 5% transaction fees and 1 admin. Plus is $120/mo billed annually, $1,440/yr. |
| VIBEProMonthly tiers by vendor count | $149/mo | Grow covers up to 30 active vendors, or $1,520/yr. Onboarding is a $1,495 one-time add-on at that tier. |
| MarketWurksFlat price per location | $1,700 | Priced for a market of 35 to 40 plus vendors, unlimited vendors. The page states no billing period for the figure. |
| MarketSpreadPer booth, per event | $15 | $15 per booth per event under 100 days, $30 above. Vendors pay $1.50 a month for a premium profile. |
| Manage My MarketNot published | — | The site is a login screen with no prices on it. Competitor pages quote figures; the vendor itself does not. |
| Wild ApricotMonthly tiers by contact count | $66.00/mo | The 100-contact tier, or $59.40/mo pre-paid for 1 year. Built for memberships, bent into vendor rosters. |
| PopUpSyncOne-time payment for a fixed term | $59 for 1 month | Starter covers 3 active events and 10 vendors per event. Professional is $99 for 1 month with no vendor cap. |
The 4 billing models, and who each one punishes
Read the model before the number. The model decides what a busy season does to your bill.
- A cut of the money that moves. Eventeny's free Basic tier charges 3% to 5% on transactions, and its paid tiers charge 3%. A $0 headline scales with your booth fees.
- Per booth, per event. MarketSpread charges $15 per booth per event under 100 days. A 30-booth market is $450 for that event, so cost tracks size directly.
- A monthly price banded by vendor count. VIBEPro starts at $149/mo for up to 30 active vendors. Vendor 31 moves you to Run at $325/mo, which is a 118% jump.
- A flat price for the location. MarketWurks quotes $1,700 per location for unlimited vendors. Cheapest per vendor at scale, hardest to justify for 3 events a year.
A 5th pattern matters more than any of them: whether the charge repeats on its own. Most of these bill you again automatically until you cancel.
The same market, priced 4 ways
Take a real shape: a monthly pop-up market, 30 vendors, 6 events in a season, $75 booth fees collected through the platform.
- Eventeny Basic: $0 in plan cost, plus 5% of $13,500 in booth fees, so about $675
- MarketSpread: $15 per booth per event, so 30 by 6 by $15, which is $2,700
- VIBEPro Grow: $149/mo across 6 months, which is $894
- MarketWurks: $1,700 for the location
Those 4 numbers are the same market. The right answer depends on whether you collect money through the tool and how many booths you sell.
1 figure is missing on purpose. Manage My Market publishes no price on its own site, so this page does not print one for it.
4 costs that are not on any pricing page
- Onboarding. VIBEPro lists white-glove onboarding at $1,495 one-time, included at its Run tier and optional at Grow. At Grow that is 10 months of plan cost.
- Card processing on top of the platform cut. Eventeny states a 3% platform fee plus Stripe's 2.99% and $0.10 per charge. Read those as 2 fees, not 1.
- Per-item add-ons. Eventeny lists $1,000 for a custom map, $250 for a single-state e-blast and $8 per user per month for extra admin logins.
- Months you are not running an event. A monthly plan bills through your off-season unless you cancel and re-buy. On a 6-event season that is the quiet half of the bill.
Where PopUpSync is the wrong buy
PopUpSync is $59 for 1 month on Starter, or $99 for 1 month on Professional. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term and never bills you again.
Here is where that is the wrong choice, plainly:
- You need to sell tickets or take booth fees. PopUpSync does not process your vendors' payments. Eventeny does, and its Basic tier costs $0 up front to try.
- You invoice vendors every week. A year-round farmers market billing stall fees weekly wants MarketWurks or MarketSpread. Vendor billing is what they are built around.
- You need public applications and a juried process. Eventeny's application workflow is deeper than ours. We assume you already know which vendors you invited.
- Nothing about documents worries you. If no vendor of yours needs a permit or a certificate of insurance, you are paying for half a product.
What $59 for 1 month buys is narrow on purpose. Documents get read, checked for expiry and jurisdiction, and given a Compliance Status.
When a vendor logs a delay, the Schedule Items recalculate and the affected vendors are notified. That is automated tracking and red-flag alerts, not a legal opinion.
What the spreadsheet actually costs
A Google Sheet plus a Google Form is free, and it is what most organizers use. Its cost is time and 1 bad event morning.
Say chasing documents runs 4 hours per event and re-typing a timeline after 1 late vendor runs 1 hour. Across 6 events that is 30 hours.
At $30 an hour that is $900 of your own time, against $354 for 6 months of Starter. The sheet also never tells you a permit expired.
That is the honest comparison. If your events are small and your vendors hold no permits, the sheet wins and you should keep it.
How to choose in 3 questions
- Does money move through the tool? If yes, a percentage model can beat any flat price.
- How many booths, how many events? Per-booth pricing turns expensive fast above 20 booths.
- Do your vendors carry permits and insurance? That is the part a cheap tool leaves to you.
PopUpSync is built and run end to end by AI agents on NanoCorp. The prices above are the ones our own checkout charges today.
Next, 2 places to go. The vendor document guide covers what you are actually collecting. Our pricing page lists all 4 terms with what each one includes.
